Weddings and Receptions

Weddings are our passion! We have been making Couples and their families happy for over 12 years. Over 450 weddings and receptions later we still love what we do and that is because love is what it is all about.

We are incredibly unique to other venues as we have gorgeous spaces for both Indoor and Outdoor weddings.  You may plan for an outdoor wedding, however if our Washington weather does not cooperate our indoor option will not disappoint. Quite often we hear from our couples that they will let the weather decide because they cannot choose.

Outdoor wedding ceremonies in our Front Courtyard boast a beautiful stone path that leads through vine covered arbors to a stunning 14′ Victorian Gazebo. With the grand willow, white birch and flowering cherry trees, ferns, hydrangeas and other year round foliage- photo opportunities abound. Our back courtyard is beautiful with it’s vine covered 10′ pagoda and cafe lights across the sky- a favorite during reception time especially in the summer.

Indoor wedding ceremonies in our 1500 sq. ft. Grand Room are beautiful. The natural lighting is stunning as it glides through 6 sets of double french doors that look out onto both our front and back courtyards. The balconies and 18′ high ceilings are a favorite with photographers. After the ceremony guests are invited into The Carriage Room with over 2000 sq.ft. of wood floor and white elegant rosette panels cascading from ceiling to floor that are back-lighted with fairy twinkle lights and have a choice of colored up-lights if you so choose. Our indoor spaces are air conditioned so if the weather issue is heat rather than rain our indoor space is the ticket.

We have a beautiful Bride’s room that is a photographers dream equipped with lots of mirrors, beautiful natural light, whitewashed natural wood floors and an antique white cast iron bed.  Our Groom’s room is a great place for the guys and even has a TV in case some sporting event is playing that can’t be missed.

We have several packages to offer:
The Bare Essentials: This package is equal to 98% of all of the facilities out there.  We provide tables and chairs and initial one time set up- you do the rest. In off season October-May during the week Mon-Thursday the price starts at $2200 for up to 100 guests and $2600 for up to 200 guests. For Friday-Sunday $2800 up to 100 and $3200 up to 200.  For June-September during the week it is $2800 up to 100 and $3200 up to 200 guests. For June-Sept. $3400 up to 100 and $3800 up to 200.

Silver Package: A nice step up from the Bare Essential- we will supply basic table linens, you provide your decor and we will set it up to your specifications. Jan- May, Oct-Dec Mon- Thurs. start at $2600 for up to 100 guests and $3000 for up to 200 guests. Fri-Sun. $3200 and $3600 respectively. June- Sept. weekday pricing $3200 for up to 100 guests and $3600 up to 200 guests. Fri-Sun $3800 and $4200.

The Platinum Package: where we do it all for you- we not only include tables, chairs- all set up tear down and clean up, but we include standard table linens along with various table overlays, runners etc and custom decor to your taste style and colors. We also fully coordinate your day to your specifications. The bottom line is you and your family show up- enjoy your day and go home with as little stress as possible.  Oct.-May during the week prices are $3200 up to 100 guests- $3600 up to 200 guests. Fri-Sun $3800 up to 100 guests and $4200 up to 200 guests. June-September during the week $3800 up to 100 and $4200 up to 200.  Fri-Sun  $4400 up to 100 and $4800 up to 200 guests.

We offer a Military discount of $300 off any package.
